4.School website links are used for AR testing, access to their grades in PowerSchool, and other resources students can access on their own - Quick links are easy to access important sites

5.Mentor class is designed to use teachers as facilitators to help students develop “Habits of Success” - skills needed to be successful in not just academics but socially a well

6.PFAs and Additional PFAs are self-directed learning.  Students access the resources and test on the subjects.  Additionals are intended for students who choose to get a higher grade - but are not required

7.Beginning, middle and end of year summative assessment in all core classes:

8.Consumer Science:

·Ironing in Family Consumer Science-The students learned the correct way to iron a shirt and then practiced ironing different types of fabric.  They learned the importance of using water to help remove tough wrinkles and also the importance of hanging the shirts when they are finished.
