• 1:1 devices - tech and student-driven education - ALL students are issued a Chromebook to use at school and take home for assignments

• Tech/Sound booth run by students - Videos, microphones, sound are all run for assemblies by students.  8th grade students train 6th grade students who take over the responsibilities when they move on to High School

• Illustrative Mathematics Curriculum used in all math classes which is focused on providing real-life problem solving and project based learning

• Math - Collaboration and Design of concept based posters and manipulatives

• LA - creating visuals that go along with their writing assignments

• Science - Student groups create different types of circuits depending on their understanding of how circuits work.

• SS - guest speakers to connect studies with countries and cultures
